All subscriptions are billed in advance (monthly or yearly, as per your plan).
- Payment details must be valid and up to date.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment.

- You may not resell, distribute, or reverse-engineer the software.
4. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the software and website remain with OmniGrow.
5. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
6. Limitation of Liability
- OmniGrow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Service is provided on an "as-is" basis, without warranties of any kind.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India/Karnataka.
